Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to ReelWand’s website and AI visual-creation service, including image generation and any video generation made available in the product (the “Service”). Jincove LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company and the operator of ReelWand (registered at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA), is the controller responsible for the personal information described here. It does not cover third-party sites or services that publish their own privacy policies.

If you use ReelWand for an organization, that organization may separately control how it collects and uses the Outputs you create or information it provides to you. Direct questions about that organization’s practices to the organization.

• Provide authentication, generation, session history, storage, downloads, personalization and support.
• Route Inputs to the appropriate AI provider and deliver Outputs.
• Meter credits, operate subscriptions, reconcile Creem billing events and prevent payment or quota abuse.
• Save user preferences, custom agents, knowledge and workspace organization across sessions.
• With your consent, measure how the Service is used and improve navigation and features; independently, troubleshoot errors and maintain operational reliability.
• Secure the Service, investigate prohibited activity and enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
• Communicate about sign-in codes, transactions, support, important service changes and requested updates.
• Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect users, Jincove LLC and the public.

Depending on where you live, our legal bases may include performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it for future processing, subject to any processing that is necessary to provide the Service you requested.

To generate media, ReelWand sends the prompt, selected settings, relevant visual-agent instructions and any reference media needed for the request to our live image-generation provider, BytePlus Ark. Image runs currently use the Seedream model shown in the product. Video generation is unavailable and is not sent to a video provider.

We do not silently reroute a selected image model to a different generation provider. If the live provider is unavailable, the Service may return an explicitly identified demo result instead. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies, including their own retention and model-improvement practices. Do not submit sensitive or confidential information unless you have assessed those provider terms and have authority to send the material.

Creem performs two distinct functions for ReelWand. In addition to merchant-of-record billing, its moderation service screens generation requests for content safety. Before a generation is queued, ReelWand sends Creem the prompt; applicable custom-agent descriptions and instructions; relevant knowledge, conversation-history and saved-taste context; and pseudonymous internal user and agent identifiers. This safety screening is separate from Creem’s processing of checkout and transaction information.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers; to a court, regulator or authority when legally required; to investigate fraud, abuse or threats; or as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy or sale of all or part of the Service. We do not sell personal information for money or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

ReelWand uses a secure first-party session cookie to keep signed-in users authenticated and a settings cookie to remember interface preferences. We may use browser local or session storage for a pending prompt, referral code and temporary interface state. We also store your analytics choice locally so we can respect it on later visits.

We do not load Google Analytics or PostHog, or allow them to set cookies or similar identifiers, unless you select “Accept analytics.” If you accept, they may use those technologies for measurement and session continuity. Declining optional analytics does not affect the Service. You can block or delete cookies and site storage through your browser, although blocking required authentication storage may prevent sign-in.

Account and workspace records are stored in ReelWand’s application database. Generated images may be stored in Cloudflare object storage or, if object storage is unavailable, with the related session record. Some generated video may be delivered from a provider-hosted URL. Stored media can be served through a hard-to-guess asset link; anyone who receives that link may be able to access it, so do not treat a media link as a secure vault.

We retain account, workspace and content data while your account is active and afterwards for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service, maintain security and transaction records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and complete deletion processes. Retention may differ by data type. Copies may remain temporarily in backups, logs, caches and third-party provider systems under their retention policies.

Deleting a chat, agent or note removes it from the corresponding product view but may not immediately remove copies from backups, caches, generated-media storage or third-party systems. For an account-level access, correction or deletion request, contact us using the address below.

ReelWand and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or other safeguards, we will use measures appropriate to the transfer.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information; receive a copy; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision about a request. You can update some workspace information directly and delete individual sessions, agents, folders or knowledge notes through available product controls.

To exercise a right, email us from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law permits or requires, including transaction, security and abuse-prevention records. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

You can accept, decline or withdraw consent for Google Analytics and PostHog at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future client analytics and clears their browser-side persistence; it does not affect processing that occurred while your consent was active.

We use administrative and technical measures intended to protect information, including authenticated access, server-side authorization, signed session cookies and restricted provider credentials. No online service or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee that information will never be lost, accessed or disclosed without authorization.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child has provided information in violation of this policy, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it. Users who are below the age of majority must use the Service with a parent or legal guardian’s agreement as described in our Terms.

We may update this policy as our Service, providers or legal obligations change. We will post the updated policy here, revise the date above and provide additional notice where required.
