Acceptable Use Policy

You are responsible for your Inputs, Outputs and use of the Service. You must comply with applicable law, our Terms of Service and this policy. Do not ask another person or automated system to perform activity that you may not perform yourself, and do not attempt to disguise prohibited activity through coded language, misspellings, cropped references or repeated retries.

If an Output unexpectedly contains prohibited material, do not publish or share it. Stop using it and report the issue to us so we can review the relevant agent or generation path.

You may not use ReelWand to create, edit, transform, request, store or distribute:

• pornography, explicit sexual acts, fetish content or content created for sexual arousal;
• nudity presented in a sexual context, sexually suggestive posing or implied sexual activity;
• non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, voyeurism or sexual extortion;
• sexualized depictions of any real person, public figure or private individual;
• content advertising sexual services or facilitating sexual exploitation; or
• any attempt to evade these restrictions by using an anime, illustrated, fictional or otherwise stylized format.

There is zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material or any sexualized depiction of a person under 18, including fictional, generated, “aged-up,” youthful-looking or ambiguous-age characters. Never upload such material. We may report apparent child exploitation to relevant authorities and preservation or reporting organizations as required by law.

You may not use ReelWand for:

• face swapping, deepfakes or manipulation of a real person’s facial identity or likeness;
• fabricating realistic conduct, speech, endorsements, evidence or events involving a real person;
• impersonation, identity fraud, biometric identification or inference of highly sensitive traits;
• deceptive political or civic content, forged documents, fake news footage or misleading evidence; or
• using a person’s image or voice without every right, notice and consent required by law.

A reference upload does not prove authorization. You must be able to demonstrate that you own or are permitted to use every reference, and you remain responsible for labeling synthetic media where law or the context requires it.

You may not create or facilitate content that:

• promotes, depicts for gratification or gives instructions for suicide, self-harm or eating disorders;
• threatens, praises or facilitates violence, abuse, torture, graphic gore or harm to a person or animal;
• supports terrorism, violent extremism, organized criminal activity or recruitment for such groups;
• attacks, dehumanizes or promotes discrimination against a protected class;
• harasses, stalks, blackmails, humiliates, defames or doxxes an individual; or
• provides operational help to acquire or use weapons to harm people or property.

You may not use the Service to:

• break a law, evade sanctions or facilitate criminal activity;
• commit fraud, phishing, identity theft, counterfeiting, forgery, scams or deceptive commercial practices;
• create fake credentials, financial instruments, government documents, medical records or evidence;
• market or facilitate illegal drugs, unlawful gambling, weapons trafficking or other prohibited goods;
• make automated high-impact decisions about employment, housing, credit, education, insurance or legal rights; or
• present an Output as professional medical, legal, financial or safety advice without qualified human review.

You may not:

• infringe or misappropriate copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other rights;
• remove watermarks, copyright notices, provenance labels or safety disclosures;
• upload personal, confidential or regulated information without authority and an appropriate lawful basis;
• expose private contact, location, financial, health, authentication or identification information; or
• use Outputs to mislead consumers about origin, sponsorship, endorsement or authenticity.

Requests involving recognizable brands, characters, works or people may require permission even when the Service is technically able to produce a result. You are responsible for obtaining that permission and conducting any needed rights review before use.

You may not:

• probe, scan, attack, overload or disrupt ReelWand or a connected provider;
• introduce malware, malicious payloads or content intended to compromise a person or system;
• bypass model gates, moderation, rate limits, credit metering, watermarks or access controls;
• create multiple or coordinated accounts to farm free, referral or promotional credits;
• scrape the Service at scale or access it through unauthorized automation;
• access another user’s account, sessions, content, generated-media links or private agents;
• extract private server-side instructions, credentials, model configurations or non-public data; or
• resell access or conceal the origin of abusive traffic.

We may block or refuse a request, remove content, limit features, preserve relevant records, suspend an account or terminate access when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated or that activity creates risk for users, providers or the public. Enforcement may consider the content, surrounding context, severity, intent, repetition and legal obligations.

We may report suspected exploitation, credible threats or unlawful activity and respond to valid legal requests. Suspension or termination for a violation does not create a right to a refund, except where required by law. To report harmful activity or ask for review of an enforcement decision, email support@reelwand.com with the account email, relevant link or session, and a concise explanation.

We may update this policy as the Service, provider requirements and law change. We will post the updated version with a revised date and provide additional notice where required. Questions about whether a proposed use is allowed can be sent to support@reelwand.com before you generate or publish the content.
